How much does Manilow.TV cost?
Manilow.TV works as a subscription service, but without any initial start-up fees. The cost to you is $20 per month...simple as that. It is set up so you will be charged $20, every 30 days, unless of course you decide to cancel your subscription.
How will my subscription be renewed?
Automatically! Sign-up, sit back, and enjoy everything that will be coming your way! Upon initial subscription and payment of $20, you will be automatically renewed and charged every 30 days.
When will new content be posted on Manilow.TV?
New content will be added on the first of every month! Remember though, while new videos will be added every month, your subscription is renewed 30 days after your last payment.
What happens if a new video isn’t posted each month?
While we don’t anticipate this ever happening, you will NOT be charged if it does. Makes sense doesn’t it?
How long will each video be available for viewing?
One calendar month. Not a second more or less. The good news is that you can watch the video as many times as you would like over the course of that month.
What happens when the video expires after a month?
Once the video is broadcast we don’t know if (or when) they will be broadcast again.
Can you make such and such show available from such and such dates...?

Why doesn’t the video continue loading when I press the pause button like it does on YouTube?
YouTube videos are of the progressive download variety. This means that the video you are watching is actually downloaded into your cache…which reduces your memory and disk space. This is great for videos under 10 minutes in length. Manilow.TV’s video’s clock in well over that…the video files are huge! Over 1 Gigabyte! Instead, Manilow.TV video is hosted on our Flash Server. While this doesn’t allow the file to download onto your computer, it will save your computer from combusting and will still allow you to quickly fast forward, rewind, or jump to any point in the video.
Technical Issues
Manilow.TV runs on Adobe Flash Player. Upon entering the site for the first time you may be prompted to download and install the FREE version of Adobe Flash Player. If you are not prompted, great! Enjoy the show! If for some reason you are not prompted to download Flash AND do not see the video, you can download the player here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
The first time you press play to watch a video, you will be prompted to choose the high bandwidth version or the low bandwidth version.
If you have a higher/faster internet connection, you can stream from the high bandwidth (760kbps). If you have a slower internet connection, it would probably be better to use the lower bandwidth (200kbps). The video quality will be very similar when you are viewing from the regular player set-up. However, when in full-screen mode, you will most likely see the different between the two.
